When's the deadline to place my order?

We recommend placing your order 4-6 weeks before your in hands date. Production and shipping times vary depending on the complexity of each project.

Do we have to use your redemption platform?

No, but we recommend using our platform so we can closely monitor orders and accurately collect order totals. Our platform also collects and verifies each recipient's shipping information, saving you the hassle.

 

Will you provide us with the unique
redemption codes for recipients to redeem
their gift box?

Yes, we will provide you with a CSV file with as many unique, one-time use redemption codes as needed. Alternatively, we can distribute the redemption codes for you if you provide us with the distribution list of recipients.

 

Do recipients receive a notification when
they’re gift box is shipped?

Yes, recipients receive an email when their order has shipped that includes a tracking number. We can also set up an email to trigger when the gift box has been delivered upon request.

 

What is your process to prevent overages?

We do our best to minimize our carbon footprint and thereby reducing overages and waste for each program. We use data to prevent over ordering and choose suppliers who are involved in green initiatives when we can.

 

What is your privacy policy?

We create a Data Protection/Privacy Agreement (DPA) for each program to adhere to our client’s legal guidelines. We always use best practices to safeguard all client data and assign a data security officer from our team who is responsible for protecting client data at rest and in transit.
